USIEF offers facilitative and advising support to accredited U.S. institutions interested in collaborating with Indian institutions. These institutions are advised to get in touch with the Counselor for Cultural Affairs at the U.S. Embassy for a "No Objection Certificate (NOC)," as required by the regulatory entities of the Government of India.
